I tried to do a search online for consumer reviews/reputation of Golf Griffin before I placed an online order for a pricey landscaping tool, but there's hardly anything out there, so I'll kick things off for them here. I ordered a Standard Golf Levelawn 36" from their website via credit card; credit card was charged correctly, an email update was sent out with a UPS tracking number, and I received the item 9 days after I ordered it. Item was shipped in the original manufacturer cardboard packaging and arrived intact as a single flat box containing the Levelawn tool head and a two piece wooden handle. Checked other golf equipment online companies, Golf Griffin's item+shipping price was about the same or a few dollars less. Amazon has it as well via third party seller, but the reviews mentioned a two piece handle being shipped separately and sometimes getting lost or delayed, so I didn't want to deal with that. Thanks Golf Griffin for providing me with a good online purchasing experience for a relatively hard-to-find tool!
